Please do not book a formation if you are not legally free to form a civil partnership (still awaiting a final order)
We suggest you do not book a formation if -
1. You are subject to a Home Office Referral
2. You are a Foreign National without a civil partnership visa
3. You have a Foreign Divorce that requires clearance
You may not be able to proceed with your civil partnership formation and you will not receive a refund.
Once you have read the Terms and Conditions on our webpage www.bedford.gov.uk/bdm please select the formation you want from the options below.
You will need your credit / debit card details to complete your booking today - the full formation fee is payable at the time of booking
IF YOU ARE BOOKING A REGISTRAR TO ATTEND AN APPROVED VENUE FOR YOUR CIVIL PARTNERSHIP FORMATION IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BOOK WITH THE VENUE DIRECTLY.
You may book an approved venue or the Old Town Hall up to two years in advance.
Formations at Bedford Register Ofiice can be made up to one year in advance.
Both parties to the civil partnership will be required to attend their local register office to provide notice of civil partnership too.
