Civil Partnership Formation Booking Form
Formations at Approved Venues (hotels, manor barns etc.) may be booked up to two years in advance. Formation starting times are 12noon, 13:30pm or 15:00pm only. You must book your formation directly with the venue too.
The Old Town Hall is available on selected Saturdays and may be booked up to two years in advance.
Bedford Register Office is available on selected Tuesday mornings during term time only and may be booked up to one year in advance.
You must be legally free to form a civil partnership to make a booking i.e. you are not still awaiting a final order / dissolution
We suggest you do not book a formation if any of the following applies as your civil partnership may not be able to proceed and you will not receive a refund.
1. You are subject to a Home Office Referral
2. You are a Foreign National without a civil partnership visa
3. You have a Foreign Divorce that requires clearance

Please have your credit / debit card to complete your booking today - the full formation fee is payable at the time of booking
Both parties to the formation will be required to provide their own notice of formation.
