Civil Partnership Formation Booking Form

Please do not book a ceremony if :

1. You are subject to a Home Office Referral

2. You are a Foreign National without a civil partnership visa

3. You have a Foreign Divorce that requires clearance

4. You are not legally free to form a civil partnership (still awaiting a final order)  

You may not be able to proceed with your civil partnership formation and you will not receive a refund.

Once you have read the Terms and Conditions on our webpage www.bedford.gov.uk/bdm  please select the civil partnership formation you want from the three options below.

You will need your credit / debit card details to complete your booking today - the full formation fee is payable at the time of booking

 

 

Register Office - A statutory formation in Bedford Register Office

A simple formation in Bedford Register Office for just the couple and two witnesses only. No other person is permitted including children and babies

Old Town Hall Formations

Old Town Hall formations take place on the first floor. The room is tastefully decorated in cream/blue. The upholstered Mayor's Seat offers a unique backdrop for photos. You may invite up to 76 guests to join you at your formation.
